Travel essentials — jeans, tees, hoodies, socks, and underwear in your preferred style (boxer briefs or boxer shorts). Optional shoes and shorts are available in select sizes.
Matched to your waist, inseam, T-shirt, and optional shoe size — plus your trip’s weather — using trusted brands (like Old Navy). We also pick colors that go well together.
Each Teleport Box is built around your trip length — from overnight stays up to about six nights. For trips in that range, you can travel with just your backpack and personal items.
We aim to deliver at least one full day before your flight, so your clothes are already at your hotel before you'd need to pack. After delivery, we'll send a photo confirmation so you can see everything's waiting for you.
If we can't meet that one-day delivery buffer, we'll issue an instant full refund and add account credit toward a discounted Teleport order for a future trip.
We include a backup size automatically — so you're always covered.
Always. Socks and underwear are brand-new for you; outer layers like jeans and hoodies are professionally cleaned, inspected, and sealed before each delivery. After your trip, you can keep the basics you've worn, or we'll handle donation or recycling.
Normal wear and small accidents are covered — you don't have to worry about it. If something's truly ruined or lost, just let us know and we'll handle it.
Book at least three days before your trip so we can prepare your Teleport Box. You can reschedule or cancel anytime before your arrival date — no charge, no stress.
Just drop your Teleport Box at your hotel front desk — we'll take care of cleaning and returns.
You can — just hang onto it after your trip. Most items can be purchased directly upon return at a small additional cost.
