How hotel delivery works with Teleport

  1. You share trip dates, hotel, and your sizes.
  2. We build your Teleport Box using locally sourced inventory from trusted brands, with the weather forecast in mind and coordinated so you can mix and match.
  3. Your box ships to the hotel and is set to arrive with that one-day-before-flight buffer, with photo confirmation after drop-off.
  4. At checkout, leave the box at the front desk—we handle cleaning and returns.

What happens when your clothes arrive at the hotel

Your Teleport Box is delivered to your hotel's front desk and labeled under your name, just like any guest package.

Hotels handle this routinely—your box is stored with other guest deliveries (often in a back office or storage area) until you check in.

When you arrive, you can either:

  • ask the front desk for your package, or
  • receive it in your room depending on the hotel's process

Your clothes are already there waiting—no need to coordinate timing or be present for delivery.

What you avoid when you don't pack

Packing isn't just putting clothes in a suitcase—it's everything around it:

  • Time spent before and after your trip. No building a packing list, no laying everything out, no last-minute laundry the night before, and no unpacking or washing everything when you get back.

Where we deliver and how to book

Teleport is built for travelers who want clothes waiting at the hotel—not at a locker or post office. We're currently serving the San Francisco Bay Area and expanding to more cities soon. Book at least three days before your trip so we can prepare and ship on time; you can reschedule or cancel anytime before your arrival date—no hidden fees.
